Moving Forward

When moving forward one must also look at the architectural gifts that history has already left. Part of being a savvy developer is having the ability to recognize these structural diamonds in the rough. C3 has chosen to make its maiden project one of both tremendous visual and historical significance. The Watermark Tower, which is often referred to as "the old burned out Amsouth building," sits at the original center of the city and is Anniston's tallest structure. Its renewal ensures that our entire downtown landscape will have a bright future. Ascending 11 stories high, the Watermark Tower will provide the community with 58,000 square feet of viable commercial and residential space. Its first tenants will include the Anniston Water Works and Ghee & Draper Law Offices that will reside on the first floor, second floor, and the basement. The upper 9 levels that boast 4000 square feet per floor feature both open layouts as well as areas of divided space.  Any potential occupants needing more information on the Watermark Tower should contact James Lloyd.

"I think the building will be a catalyst for the continuing revitalization of Anniston. Anniston is clearly the financial, professional and governmental center for northeast Alabama, and is certainly moving in the right direction."

- Attorney Doug Ghee
